Rooted in Valpo since 1969, Schultz Floral focuses on retail, sympathy, and special event florals as well as business arrangements, design, and decor. In addition to fresh florals, we also design artificial florals for indoor and outdoor use. Our team of floral designers, sales, and operations continues to grow. Sales Associate (Schultz Floral Shop)

Our part-time sales associates are often the first smile customers see and the first voice they hear when inquiring with our shop. You'll help people celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, comfort loved ones, and mark life's biggest moments by guiding them to the perfect flowers and gifts.

If you enjoy meeting new people, staying busy, and creating a welcoming shopping experience, we'd love to hear from you. Retail or customer service is preferred, but kindness, reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn matter most.

Floral Designer (Schultz Floral Shop & Studio)

Our Design Studio is where creativity comes to life. As a part-time floral designer, you'll create everyday arrangements, sympathy tributes, wedding and event florals, seasonal designs, and more while working alongside a team that values thoughtful design.

Whether you're an experienced designer or continuing to grow your skills, we're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for flowers.

Delivery & Studio Operations (Schultz Floral Shop & Studio)

Our part-time delivery drivers keep everything moving behind the scenes. You'll safely deliver floral arrangements throughout the community while helping maintain our design studio through inventory organization, cleaning, preparation, and general shop support between deliveries.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the little things, pitches in to help the team, and is dependable. This is an important and fun role in creating an exceptional customer experience.

Brand & Retail coordinator (Schultz Floral Shop)

Help shape how customers discover, experience, and remember Schultz Floral. This role focuses on keeping our retail space visually inspiring, supporting our website and online storefront, merchandising products, creating digital content, and helping ensure every customer interaction reflects our legacy and brand.

You'll split your time in the shop and studio between customer service, merchandising, marketing support, and retail operations. It's a great fit for someone who has retail or hospitality experience and loves making the customer experience better both in-store and online.
