We’re happy to offer convenient in-store pick-up for your floral orders! To ensure your flowers look their absolute best, please review the following terms:

Pick-Up Hours

Pick-ups must be made during our regular business hours, which are posted on our website, Google listing, and Facebook page. A pick-up date and time will be determined at the time you place and pay for your order.

Floral Inspection

All floral orders must be inspected at the time of pick-up. Once the arrangement, bouquet, or loose stems leave our shop, we consider it accepted and in satisfactory condition.

Floral Care Recommendations

To keep your florals looking fresh and beautiful:

• Transport promptly to their destination after pick-up
• Avoid exposure to heat, direct sunlight, or freezing temperatures
• Do not leave flowers in a hot or unattended vehicle

Responsibility Disclaimer

We are not responsible for the condition of florals once they have left our shop. Ensure your vehicle is clean, cool, and flower-safe for transport. Unclaimed orders after 24 hours may be discarded without refund.
