I had a special occasion and went into the floral shop to discuss my purchase. It is truly lovely! I was helped by the owner and after explaining my desires, she went through photos to help me pick the right bouquet. Friendly and very helpful. The recipient was overwhelmed in how beautiful the arrangement was making this the special occasion I desired. The flowers looked great and the delivery was on time! While I understand that substitutions sometimes have to be made due to availability of a particular flower, I was surprised to see Alstroemeria flowers used in place of carnations. The arrangement was good, but with the above mentioned flower, it changed the overall look. Not a bad look, just not what I expected.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
